I absolutely loved the aesthetic design of the hotel. The bright and airy landscape windows brought in so much natural light, making it a pleasant environment to be in. The Spanish décor was exquisite, giving the hotel a touch of elegance. As a senior, I also appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The location was perfect, right opposite the beautiful Daan Forest Park, and just a short walk from the Daan Park MRT and buses. It made it so convenient for me to explore the city.

The only thing I could ask for to make it an even better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be a bit more attentive. It would have been nice if the children working there could have provided a bit more assistance or attention to the needs of older guests.

Great Location: I had a fantastic stay at a hotel just across from the beautiful Daan Park. The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the park. It was the perfect spot for bird watching and enjoying nature.

We appreciated hotel's staff and location. Moreover, free Wi Fi was handy. Spent a nice evening at Mos Burger, located so close to the venue.

The room at Dolamanco Hotel was absolutely cozy and comfortable. I loved how well-appointed it was, with a DVD player and minibar that added a touch of convenience. Being able to unwind in the room and watch movies on the flat-screen TV with cable channels was just what I needed as a laid-back traveler.

Honestly, I would have preferred a larger selection of cable channels. But hey, that's just me!

The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly.

I think the breakfast is quite bad, even if some people disagreed. Generally speaking, there are some annoyances. Nothing really serious, but still a bit annoying (like bad smell sometimes).

dolamanco exceeded my expectations during this valentines day stay in taipei. the location was ideal, right across from da'an park and a 2 minute walk to the xinyi-danshui subway. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. the second time i stayed, i had a great view of the park and a big room.

The staffs level of English was quite poor. They also did not have shower curtains so the bathroom would be soaked after showering until the cleaning lady got there.

Great location and view: right opposite Da'an Park. Rooftop (in front of breakfast area) has nice view. Short walk to MRT. Large rooms, given the hotel and room class. Clean bathrooms - great jacuzzi feature in the shower. Staff generally appear to speak English.

Staff: Night staff were downright unfriendly. Lady managing breakfast area was hostile, spoke no English at all and glared at me while I ate (breakfast was 8-10 and I'd gotten there at 9.50). Only one of the 5 staff I encountered was polite. Every guest I saw in the hotel appeared to be from the mainland, so it's possible the staff weren't particularly concerned with making my stay memorable because I wasn't their target demographic. Which is one way to do business. Food: Breakfast was inedible. Advise you avoid.
